What are your Store Hours?
We are open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm to serve businesses, organizations
and individuals. We are open to the public!
How can I pay for my products?
All Shipping orders must be paid using Visa, Master Card,
Amex, or Discover.
Shipping & Handling charges are NOT included. For other payment
inquiries
contact our customer service department. Questions regarding orders out
of our

Are there any restrictions to quantities and
pricing?
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are subject to change
without notice. We
are not liable for printing or typing errors.
What if I am buying for a business or organization?
Register your tax-exempt number to purchase tax-free for re-sale or for the
benefit of your non-profit organization. If you are a new customer and are tax-exempt, please take a moment and print a copy of our
tax-exemption form
and fax it to us at (210) 224-5752.
How can I order a product?
You can call, fax or email us at info@toudouze.com. The shipping costs are
not included in the final price of your purchases and rates will vary
depending on the type of items you buy, weight, destination, and delivery speed.
How can I pick up my order?
Call, fax or email orders Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00
a.m. - 11:00 a.m. for pick up the same day; call in after 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for
next day pick up. Customers whose orders are placed by telephone or
fax should call ahead to ensure that your order is ready for pick up.
Do you deliver?
We ship from coast to coast. Orders are shipped daily via UPS. We will quote
cost on local delivery.
